AP EdCET RESULTS &MERIT CARD 2016

AP EdCET Results will be announced soon in their Official Website which is given below. The Exam conducted on 23rd May 2016 for B.Ed Courses, whereas the ONLINE applications were invited by the organisation from 16th Feb 2016 to 23rd March 2016.

AP EdCET

AP EdCET – Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test ,by name its understood that its only applicable for AP students alone. This Exam is aimed to bring up B.Ed Courses for Candidates who wanted to teach Future India. This Exam can be taken only if candidates with atleast 1 degree. Based on Performance, AP EdCET will prepare Merit List 2016,with that Contenders will be admitted in various college across AP.

A Common Entrance Test, designated as AP Education Common Entrance Test-2016 (APEd.CET-2016) conducted by the CONVENER, APEd.CET-2016, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for admission in to B.Ed (Two years) Regular Course in the Colleges of Education in Andhra Pradesh State for the academic year 2016-2017.

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education had recently announced a notification about the AP EDCET, massive no. of candidate had participated in this examination with main motive is to secure admissions in B.Ed courses. Now its time for the Candidates to search for the results date after completion of Exam, they all very excited for Result Announcement. That time is very crucial time for all contenders because the Result will decides their career. APSCHE planned to release the result for Andhra Pradesh EDCET 2016 as soon as possible. The More Expected Results will be released by 2nd Week of June i.e. 10th of June 2016.

AP EdCET EXAM 2016:

AP EDCET 2016 question paper contains 100 objective type (multiple choice) question with OMR –BASED Written Exam. The duration of the AP EDCET entrance exam was 120 minutes( 2 Hrs). There were three Parts Part-A, Part-B, Part-C in the exam.

Part A: General English (25 questions for 25 marks),

Part B: General Knowledge (15 questions for 15 marks), Teaching Aptitude (10 Questions for 10 marks)

Part C: Methodology: Candidate has to choose one of the following subjects.

It consists of 100 questions for 100 marks. The question paper was in English and Telugu except for English methodology.

The qualifying marks in the Entrance Test for all candidates (except SC/ST) is 37 out of total marks (i.e. 25%). For the candidates belonging to SC/ST communities there will be no qualifying marks for ranking. There will be no minimum qualifying marks for women in Physical Sciences/Mathematics methodologies.

Candidates will be ranked in each methodology in the order of merit on the basis of marks obtained in APEd.CET -2016 examination. Where there is a tie in total marks, the Board will decide relative ranking.

AP EdCET COUNCELLING 2016:

AP EdCET 2016 Counselling will be held in three Sessions depending on the number of qualified students in EDCET. Seat Allotment will be done according to the score obtain in AP EDCET Result 2016 and the options chosen by the Candidates.
