The department of School and Education of Gujarat has released their notification for Gujarat TET 2016 which was advertised on newspaper and official link. It is recruiting Teachers Professionals for Schools of Lower Primary and Upper Primary level. This exam was made compulsory by the Central government norms to recruit talented teachers to bring up bright future India. For candidate’s reference, we have provided every details of this notification. Gujarat TET I & II Eligibility
The Educational Qualification for CG TET 2016 are follows,
Applicants should have completed 12th class or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and Those candidates who appearing in final year Diploma in Elementary Education/4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed)/2 year Diploma in Education in Special Education for Primary Teachers.
The applicants who have done BA/B.Sc with 50% marks with B.Ed qualified candidates are eligible. This exam is conducted to achieve the goals of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act. When we come to age criteria, as per Government norms the minimum age of the applicants must be of 21 years as on the exam date. The Pay Scale for CG TET will be updated later and it is said that it will comes under rules of Government.
Gujarat TET I & II Application fee details
The exam will be conducted for Paper I and Paper II, whereas Paper I is for Class I to V and Paper II is for Class VI to VIII. Aspirants can appear for either Paper I or Paper II or for both papers. Both exams will be conducted separately. The selection process will be only based on written exam. The Detailed Application fee is given below,
For General – Rs.350
For SC or ST – Rs.250
Gujarat TET I & II Exam Pattern
There will be 150 Questions and 30 questions from each section. Each caries one mark. No negative marking. It covers sections such as Child development and Pedagogy, Language I and II, Maths and EVS.
Procedure to apply
Eligible candidates are asked to visit official website which is given below. Once navigated to homepage, you will find “Apply Online” link. Click and go to application form to be filled. Fill all details carefully which is mandatory after reading instruction. If done, fill the form for GTET II online application form.
Gujarat TET I & II Admit card
The Admit card will be released just 15 days before the exam. So candidates are asked to be in touch with us for further details. You can also check these details in their official website. These admit card should be carried on the day of exam for entering into the exam centre. To download the admit card, one must enter the registration number and DOB.These admit card will also be available in their website, which will not be sent through POST or other means strictly.
Gujarat TET I & II Results
The results will be declared online. The candidates can check their results on the official website by clicking on the Results link and then entering their registration number.
