- ஏதிலிகள் மற்றும் பட்டியல் சாதியினர் (SC) மற்றும் பட்டியல் பழங்குடியின (ST) மக்களுக்கான பல்வேறு நலத்திட்டங்கள் மேற்கு வங்க மாநில அரசால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அவற்றுள் ஒன்று ஏதிலிகள் வசித்துவரும் குடியிருப்புகளுக்கு நில பட்டாக்களை வழங்குவதாகும். ஏதிலிகளுக்கு மொத்தம் 1,25,000 நில பட்டாக்களை வழங்க அம்மாநில அரசு முடிவுசெய்துள்ளது. அதில் 25,000 பட்டாக்கள் அண்மையில் முதலமைச்சரால் வழங்கப்பட்டன.
