• உள்நாட்டில் தயாரிக்கப்படும் பெரும் இராணுவ தளவாடங்களை பிற நாடுகளுக்கு ஏற்றுமதி செய்வது குறித்து இந்த குழு ஒப்புதல் வழங்கும். பாதுகாப்புத் தளவாடங்களை ஏற்றுமதி செய்வதன் வாயிலாக பாதுகாப்பு ஏற்றுமதியில் 5 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர் அளவை எட்டவும், அந்நிய நட்பு நாடுகளுடனான கேந்திர உறவுமுறையை மேம்படுத்தவும் இந்திய அரசு கவனம் செலுத்தி வருகிறது.
