Age limit :
1.PGT :
• For Men 40 years
• Women : 50 years
2.TGT :
• For Men : 35 years
• Women : 45 years
Salary :
• PGT : Rs.27,500 /- Per, month (Consolidated) OR Rs.220/-per period restricted to maximum 05 periods a day.
• TGT : Rs.26,250 /- pet month (Consolidated) OR Rs.210/- per period restricted to maximum 05 periods a day.
Educational qualification :
1. PGT (Physics) :
• Post graduation in Physics/ Electronics/ Applied Physics/ Nuclear Physics.
Desirable:
• B.Ed with any subject as science as a teaching subject.
2. PGT(Chemistry) :
• Post graduation in Chemistry /Bio-Chemistry.
Desirable:
• B.Ed with any subject as science as a teaching subject.
3. PGT (Commerce) :
• Master’s Degree in Commerce from a Recognized University in The subject mentioned in table-1 below’ OR Six years integrated Post Graduate Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the following subject mentioned in table-1 below’ Master’s degree in Commerce. However, holder of Degrees of M.Com in Applied / Business Economics shall not be eligible.
Desirable:
• B.Ed with commerce or any subject of commerce from a recognized University
4. TGT (Mathematics/ Physics) :
• Mathematics and Physics in graduation in at least two years
Desirable:
• B.Ed with any subject of science as a teaching subject.
5. TGT(Biology / Chemistry) :
• Chemistry and Botany /Zoology in graduation in at least two years
Desirable:
• B.Ed with any subject of Science as a teaching subject.
6. TGT (Social Science) :
• Graduation in any two of the following subjects in at least two years: History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one of the subjects must be either History or Geography.
Desirable:
• B.Ed with Social science or any subject of social science as a teaching subject.
7. TGT (Special Educator) :
• Three years Bachelor’s degree with atleast 50% marks from a recognized university with diploma in Special Education / Post Graduate Professional diploma in special Education / Any other equivalent qualification.
Desirable:
• B.Ed in Special Education / B.Ed with two years Diploma.
• Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi .
• Pass in Central Teacher Eligibility Test, CTET (Paper-II) conducted by the CBSE.
• Experience of working as a special educator in school set up or a therapist in clinical setup, for two years.
• Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
