The Purpose of Edcet Examination 2017
- Education common entrance test (EdCET) was conducted by Andhra Pradesh State council of Higher Education in the month of April..Sri Venkateswara University ,Tirupati on behalf of APSCHE ,organized the examination on behalf of Andhra State council which was a great success in conducting exam in a good manner .Regular course has been declared after the successful conduction of entrance test.Candidates wrote their exam and are eagerly waiting for the result .this examination was a great platform for the one who like the profession of teaching.
Where to Look for AP EDCET Results
- Result has to be checked @ scheap.gov.in enter number and check down your result.
- This Common entrance test was conducted among the Andhra people .
- Cut Off will be fixed by the Government ,those Candidates who pass through the cut off will be eligible for B.Ed course under Government organization .
- candidates are advised to take print out of the results once after published for further use.

RANKING
Candidates will be ranked in the order of merit on the basis of the marks obtained in the common entrance test 2017 .Part C marks will be taken in to ACCOUNT to decide relative ranking. in case of further tie ,the marks obtained in Part A will be taken in account to decide relative ranking .
if in case candidates obtained equal marks in each of the parts of the test paper, they shall be bracketed for the purpose of award or rank.
ADMISSION PROCESS
At the time of admission age can be taken as a factor to decide the relative ranking among bracketed candidates ,as the older will be given the priority.
COURSE
- Ed 2 years regular course
QUALIFYING MARKS
- Qualifying marks for the candidates except SC/ST are 37 out of total marks
- For the candidates belonging to SC/ST community ,no such qualifying marks for ranking
- There will be no qualifying marks for women in Physical Science /Mathematics methodologies.
