Eligibility Criteria: The eligibility criteria for various posts for the Anna University Recruitment is as follows.
Technical Assistants (TA) –
Essential: BE/B.Tech /BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering , Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Automobile Engineering
Desirable: ME in Power System Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives, Power Engineering and Management, High Voltage Engg., Control and Instrumentation, Embedded System Technology, Embedded and Real System. Experience in handling practical power quality measurements at sites. Prior Experience with soldering is highly preferable. Basic knowledge in Electric vehicles, Power quality, Electrical design (Single Line and Detailed Engineering diagrams). Working knowledge on AutoCAD and Matlab/SIMULINK/Real Time Simulator
Technical Assistant (UG)-II –
Essential: BE/B.Tech /BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering , Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Automobile Engineering
Skilled Lab Assistant-II –
Essential: Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Automobile Engineering
Salary: The selected candidates for the Technical Assistant positions will receive a competitive salary as per the norms of Anna University.
- Technical Assistant – Rs. 20000/month
- Senior Calibration Engineer – Rs. 200/Hour (UG) – (Restricted to 100hrs per month)
- Skilled Lab Assistant-II – Rs. 150/Hour (Diploma) – (Restricted to 100hrs per month)
Selection Process: The selection process for these positions typically involves a written examination and/or an interview.
