ASRB NET, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board was established on 1st November 1973 as an independent recruitment agency in pursuance of the recommendation of the Gajendragadkar Committee. The board takes the responsibility in providing employment opportunities. The recruitment for these posts in combined cadres of Administrative Officers/Finance and Accounts Officers of the ICAR. This ASRB National Eligibility Test takes the responsibility in conducting examination for selecting lecturers and assistant professors in state agricultural universities and other agricultural universities. This board has release their lastest notification for the year 2016 in their official website inviting applications for NET exams. ASRB NET ELIGIBILITY
ASRB NET exam for 2016-2017 is available in online format. The exam is going to be held from 1st August 2016 to 6th August 2016. The age limit of the applicants must be 21 years. Candidates would also possess master`s degree in the relevant field from any recognized university or institution in India. The selection process will be made based on written test in form of computer based test by the candidates. Only eligible candidates will be selected in this exam.
Application for ASRB NET
Application for ASRB NET will be available online in their official website www.asrb.org.in. In the homepage a link will be provided as ASRB NET 2016. By clicking on the link guidelines for filling the application form will be provided by reading it once they can click on Apply Online. The application form gets open. Candidates must have scanned copy of their photograph and signature in the mention kb size by the authority. While applying for the NET exam they must give correct information on Candidate`s Name, Father`s name, marks scored that is academic qualification and other relevant information. They have to attach their scanned photograph and signature correctly. Candidates must remit application fees also for Unreserved it is Rs. 1000/-, for OBC it is Rs.500/- and for Reserved it is Rs.250/-. By filling all the information correctly they can submit the application form by clicking on Submit button. ASRB NET I Admit Card 2016
Admit card can be downloaded from the official website of ASRB asrb.org.in. Candidates without having valid admit card and identity proof are not permitted to enter into the examination hall. Actual date of uploading admit card will be updated in important dates section after release of its official notification.
