BCCL MINING SIRDAR SYLLABUS 2016

BCCL, Bharat Coking Coal Limited is a subsidiary of Coal India Limited. It was established in the year 1972 and it has its headquarters in Dhanbad. It operates 87 coal mines. It has made its latest notification regarding recruitment 2016 for 721 post of Junior Over man, Mining Sirdar and Overseer (Civil) posts.  Bharat Coking Coal Limited has taken a decision for the published notification of the recruitment of interested and eligible candidates for various posts in BCCL. CCL is a public sector undertaking engaged in mining of coal and allied activities. It occupies an important place in as much as it produces bulk of the coking coal mine in the country. BCCL meets almost 50% of the total prime coking coal requirement of the integrated steel sector. The company operates 81 coal mines which include 40 underground, 18 opencast and 23 mixed mines as at April 2010. The company also runs six coking coal washeries, two non-coking coal washeries, one captive power plant (2 by 10 megawatt), and five by-product coke plants.

BCCL SYLLABUS AND EXAM PATTERN 2016

The exam pattern for the BCCL exam is the examination paper will be for 90 marks and time duration of written examination will be for one hour. That candidate who clears the examination will be called for the personal interview. The personal interview will be for 10 marks and it will be held for 20minutes. Those candidates who pass the personal interview will be selected for the post. The written test will be on two subjects such as General Awareness and Professional Knowledge.
