Eligibility Criteria for HAL Operator Posts : Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet the following eligibility requirements:
Educational Qualification : Candidates must have passed ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in relevant trade from a recognized institution. Candidates with National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) will be given preference.

Age Limit : The upper age limit shall be 28 years for Unreserved Category and EWS category.

Nationality : Candidates must be Indian citizens.
HAL Operator Salary Details : Selected candidates for the HAL Operator posts will receive a competitive salary along with benefits, allowances, and perks.
The salary structure is as follows:
Pay Scale: ₹21,000 – ₹74,000 per month (depending on the trade and experience level).
In addition to the basic pay, candidates will receive: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical facilities, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Other benefits as per company norms.
Selection Process : The selection of candidates for the Operator posts will be done through the following stages:
Written Examination : The written exam will be the primary selection method. It will be an objective type test based on the relevant trade subjects.
The question paper will consist of topics related to:
Technical Subjects (based on ITI syllabus)
General Knowledge
General Aptitude
Reasoning Ability
English Language
