How to get PSTM certificate to apply for TNPSC exams?

PSTM means the persons studied in tamil medium. Government of tamilnadu has announced 20 % reservation for PSTM students in tnpsc exams.

Candidates who have studied SSLC, HSC and degree in Tamil Medium are only eligible to apply in pstm reservation.

Candidates must get the certificate from the school/college/institute in which they have studied. This should be done by applying to the authority in a prescribed format. This certificate should be produced at the time of certificate verification or when required.
