IAF 174 Group C Civilian Posts Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Supdt (Store): Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Storekeeper: 12th passed or equivalent qualification.
Steno-II: 12th passed or equivalent qualification, Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 min @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 65 min. (Eng.), 75 min (Hindi) (On Manual Typewriter) or 50 min. (Eng.) 65 min. (Hindi) (On Computer).
Tailor: Industrial Training Institute certificate in the trade of Tailor OR Ex-Servicemen in appropriate trade.
Cook: 10th passed with six months experience in the trade OR Ex-serviceman with similar qualification.
Dhobi: 10th passed or equivalent qualification.
Vulcanizer: 10th passed or equivalent qualification or Ex-Servicemen from appropriate trade.
Mess Staff: 10th passed or equivalent qualification.
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th passed or equivalent qualification.
Fireman: 10th passed or equivalent qualification. Candidates must have undergone training in Fire Fighting under a state fire service or a recognized Institute. They must be well versed with all types of extinguishers, Hose Fittings and Fire appliances and equipment like Fire Engine, Trailer Fire Pumps and Foam Branches.
Safaiwala: 10th passed or equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: Candidates must have completed 18 years as on apply date. Maximum of 27 years of age can apply for this post. Age relaxation will be given as per the Government norms.

Selection Process:
- Written exam (General intelligence and reasoning, Numerical ability, General English and General awareness)
