Age Limit
- The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST;
- 3 years for OBC,
- 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S
- Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Government Rules.
Selection Process
The Selection process for the shortlisted candidates will be based on a Online Interview followed by the Document verification for appointed candidates. The details are shared below.

- Appointment of the Candidates remains Purely on a Temporary/Contractual Basis.
- The IARI, post-screening of the applications received, will intimate only Eligible Candidates for appearing in the Online Interview by Email/Mobile Phone.
- The IARI Selection Committee, in view of prevailing Global CoViD-19 Pandemic will conduct Online Interviews for the Shortlisted Candidates, who will be screened Online for selection to the Posts.
- Verification of the Original Documents will be done at the time of the Appointment Process with the aim of ensuring Authenticity of the Candidates.
