The Ministry of Home Affairs invited the aspirants for the recruitment of Junior Intelligence officer JIO on behalf of Intelligence Bureau IB. The recruitment is going to start up on 03 September 2016. The total number of vacancies is 320. The recruitment board invited all aspirants with Indian Nationality. The IB recruitment vacancies are related to the technical field of Grade II officer posts. So it is must to have Higher Secondary – 12th with Mathematics and Physics with two years of Industrial Training course completion from recognized board of university in specialization of Radio Technician, Electronics or Electronics and communication. IB JIO Eligibility
The age limit of the candidates who are in thought of applying should attain 18 to 27 years as on 24th September 2016. The age relaxation for OBC is 30 years and SC or ST- 32 years as per central government norms.
General (Widows, Divorced Women, Not Remarried Woman) : 35 years
SC/ST (Widows, Divorced Women, Not Remarried Woman) : 40 years
Departmental Candidates: 40 years.
How to Apply for IB Junior Intelligence Officer Recruitment 2016
The candidates can submit their application through online mode only. The printed copy of your application form should not be sent through other means like post or courier. The candidates are asked to take all required documents before filling your online application form. The application fee can be paid either through offline or online mode. The Online mode application fee can be paid through net banking or credit card payments. The offline mode payments can be paid through SBI challan which is available in the online notification of Part II. The candidates who wanted to offline payment can download the challan and later have to enter the payment details in their application form before final submission.

Please visit the official link which was given below, In the home screen, find for “What’s new”. Select the “JIO- II/ Tech – IB online application”. Read the instructions given in pdf format fully. Click on Proceed to enter your application form with correct details to be filled. Check once before submission. Take printed copy of your application form which is used for future purpose. The application form closure date is 24th September 2016 till 23:59 hours. So hurry up before the last date.
MHA IB JIO Selection process
The IB recruitment’s selection process consists of written exam, trade exam and Medical Exam plus personal interview. After seeing the selection process, the candidates will be eagerly checking for the syllabus and exam pattern. In such a way, we provided the exam pattern of IB Junior Intelligence officer below. The IB JIO exam pattern consists of Paper I and Paper II which will be held for 2hours. The Paper I includes General awareness, Numerical ability, Science and reasoning for 80 marks which is also of objective paper. The paper II (descriptive paper) includes topics from a) English comprehension, b) Test of English language, antonyms, synonyms, one word substitution, etc and c) Test of elementary mathematics and science for same 80 marks. The trade test will be for 40 Marks. The trade test will be practical based & technical in nature for 40 marks.
IB JIO Syllabus 2016
The written exam will be held in 33 centres. The completion of written exam will be followed by trade test. The succession in all selection process, the candidates will get salary pack of Rs. 5200-20200/- + Rs. 2400/- Grade Pay, which is as per central govt jobs norms. IB JIO grade II admit card download
The completion of application form will leads to uploading of admit card on their official link. The IB JIO admit card can be downloaded in the month of October 2016, which is 10 to 15 days prior to the written exam. Once the written exam got over, the candidates can find the exam analysis and answer keys from the official link. The scheduled written exam is expected on 16th October 2016. The JIO II – Tech answer keys will be uploaded by the officials within 2 to 3 days after the success of written exam. With those answer key, the candidates can check their answers to make the self evaluation to know their self cut off marks and other clarification too.
