Is it necessary to get graduated to apply for TNPSC exams?

No, it is not necessary. There are many exams which asks only 10th or 12th standard qualification. If you are graduating or not graduated, you can apply for other exams.

Exams requiring graduation, needs a provisional certificate in mandatory to apply.Whereas the group 1 & 2 exams, mandatorily needs graduation as its qualification to apply.
