Scholarship :
Those students who applied for the scholarship & studying in the courses of UG courses like B.sc, B.sta, B.sc Mathematics, etc. will get Rs 5000 every month & Rs 7000 every month for those students who studding in PG courses.

Commonly known as: KVPY.
Exam Type: National Level.
Conducting organization: Department of Science and Technology (Indian Institute of Science).
KVPY 2016 Eligibility Criteria : Students of Class X and XII from both government and private schools are eligible for KVPY 2016 scholarship programme. Only Indian National candidates are eligible for the KVPY fellowships/scholarships. Students who want to pursue their education in India in the undergraduate courses as listed below are eligible for the KVPY programme. To provide scholarships, the exam conducting authority selects students of class XI to first year of undergraduate programme in Basic Sciences – B.Sc/B.S/B.Stat/B.Math/Int. M.Sc/M.S. in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
KVPY 2016 Selection Procedure : The candidates are to go through two stages of selection procedure – Aptitude Test and Interview. After a scrutiny of the application forms, the eligible candidates are called for a written aptitude test.
KVPY 2016 Application Form : KVPY 2016 application process will start from July 10 and continue till August 23, 2016. The candidates are required to fill in online application forms along with remitting the requisite fee.
The KVPY Application Fee 2016 for various categories is as below:
- For General Category/OBC: Rs. 1000+KVAT @ 5.5%=Rs. 1055
- For SC/ST/PWD: Rs. 500+KVAT @ 5.5%= Rs. 528.
Candidates must bring following Documents
1. Application form (Download from Application portal using your login credentials)

2. Admit card of Aptitude test (Ignore if you have not downloaded earlier).
3. Original Marks card. (10th Marks card for Stream SA/SX and 12th for Stream SB)
4. Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates issued by the competent Authority.
5. Medical certificate from competent authority in case of physically and visually challenged students in the prescribed format (As per GOI)
6. A Self-Appraisal form.
7. Study certificate form. (to be obtained from your Principal/Head of the Institution where you are currently pursuing your studies)
8. Teacher Recommendation Form. (in Sealed envelope)
[You must bring all the above mentioned documents along with you when you come for interview otherwise you will not be allowed to attend interview.]
