Mizoram State Educational Board for Secondary Grade have organized the Teacher Eligibility Test for this year. TET is the examination which conducted to credit scores through written examination as per the performance of the candidates. When a graduate completed the B.ed Course and wish to get a job in Teaching professional have to write this TET to qualify themselves for the jobs. All the government school vacancies and some of private school vacancies are filled through this TET score. MTET 2016 Examination
Teacher Eligibility Test can be attended by the B.ed Graduates only. Final year students can also participate in this recruitment. Mizoram Board of Secondary Education have planned to conduct this recruitment examination to select the eligible. Candidates who score marks less than cut off marks can also attend the next year examination. Number of attempts to this examination is not limited. Validity of this examination is of 10 years. Candidates have to attend Paper I for the Class I to V . Paper II for Class VI to VIII. If the candidates are applying for Class I to VIII should attend Paper I and Paper II. | Language I (Hindi), Child Development and Pedagogy, Language II English, Environmental studies and mathematics with each category of 30 Marks for the total of 150 Marks .
Each question will be of 1 marks and there will be no negative marking. |
| Paper II consist of Language I, Child development and Pedagogy, Language II with each of category for 30 Marks.
(A) For Mathematics and Science Teacher, Mathematics and Science. (B) For Social Studies and Science Teacher Social Science. For any other Teacher post-Either (A) or (B) for 60 Marks in Paper II. |
