Know About MP Vyapam

MPPEB, Madhya Pradesh Professional Education Board established in the year 1981. It is also called as Madhya Pradesh Vyavasayik Pariksha Mandal (MP Vyapam). It has its headquarters at Bhopal. The main duty of this board is to conduct entrance exam for admission to join various colleges in the state of Madhya Pradesh. For a year it approximately takes up 30 Entrance, Recruitment and Selection examination for a year. The Professional Examination Board was initially set-up as Pre Medical Test Board by Government of Madhya Pradesh in the year 1970. Later, in the year 1981, Pre Engineering Board was constituted. Soon after, in the year 1982 both these Boards were amalgamated and named as Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (M.P.P.E.B.) This 863 vacancies of Sub Inspector includes District Force, Special Branch, Ordnance, Q.D, Radio and Fingerprints and Subedar Platoon Commander need to apply through online mode. View other recruitment details are given in our website previously.

Exam Pattern

The Selection Process consists of written exam, Physical Endurance Test and Interview. The written exam will be held for technical and non- technical posts.  The paper I consists of Science Paper such as Physics, Chemistry and Maths (only for Technical Post).  The maximum mark will be 100 marks and it should be completed in 2 hours.

Paper I Weightage: Physics-  33 Marks, Chemistry -33 Marks and Maths- 34 Marks.

The Paper II questions will be asked from Hindi, English and General Knowledge for technical and non- technical posts for 200 marks and time duration of 3 hours. It is objective type and No negative marking will be entertained.

Paper II Weightage:  Hindi – 70 marks, English – 30 Marks and GK – 100

If you qualify in written exam will be called for PET, which includes 800 m running race –  2min 40 sec for male, 3min 30 sec for female & 3min 15sec for Ex serviceman. Long jump for 13 ft, 10 ft & 10ft respectively and Shot Put – 19 ft 7.2 kg(Male), 15ft 4 kg( female) and 15ft 7.2kg (Ex.service men). The Interview carries 10 Marks (Max). The selected candidate will be paid with Rs.9300 to Rs.34800 with Grade pay of Rs.3600.

The syllabus for Technical Posts such as Chemistry, Physics and Maths as follows,

PAPER I

Chemistry: 

Analytical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Bio-molecules, Polymers, and Drugs, Physical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry – A Molecular Approach etc.

Physics:

 Role of Physics, Units, Dimensions, Vectors, Scalar Quantities and Elementary, Calculus, Gravitation, Friction, Motion in Fluids, Circular Motion, Gravitation, Properties of Matter –Temperature, Internal Energy, Oscillations, Waves etc.

Maths:

 Simplification, Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages , Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart and data Interpretation.

PAPER II

English:  

 Tenses, Modals, Determiners, Articles, Voices, Narration, Prepositions, and Clauses.

Passage:

 The passage can be any of the following two types,

• Factual passages- e.g. instructions, descriptions, reports.
• Discursive passages- involving opinion e.g. argumentative, persuasive

एक गद्यांश – शीर्षक, सारांश एवं प्रश्न

General Knowledge:  

 General information of Madhya Pradesh in addition to knowledge of national and international, mathematics, history, geography, economics, political science, social studies with questions based on general aptitude, reasoning and general intelligence ability etc.
