NABCONS Recruitment 2021:
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) Consultancy Services has released the announcement of recruitment to consultant posts and field Enumerator positions. The online application form for the recruitment starts from 26.06.2021 to 10.07.2021. The candidates will be shortlisted by an interview and testing of certain required skills.

• Senior level Consultant : 02 Posts
• Middle level Consultant : 21 Posts
• Field Enumerator : 63 Posts
• Total : 86 Posts
Salary:
• Senior level Consultant : Rs.51,000 – Rs.60,000/-
• Middle level Consultant : Rs.41,000 – 50,000/-
• Field Enumerator : Rs.20,000 – 25,000/-
Age limit:
• For senior & middle level Consultant: 24 to 65 years
• For field Enumerator : 24 to 45 years
Educational qualification:
1.Senior Level Consultants :
Graduate/ Post-graduate in Agriculture and allied subjects i.e. Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Veterinary, and Animal Science only.
Experience:
2-4 years experience in Natural Resource Management/ Financing/ Value chain management/ Agri. Marketing-based projects/ studies.
Other Criteria:
i. Should possess knowledge of MS Office and should be able to handle the mobile app designed for the data collection purpose.
ii. He/ She should be physically fit for travelling in rugged sites.
iii.Must be proficient in State language. Additional score would be given to a candidate having good knowledge of different dialects of the State.
2.Middle Level Consultants :
Graduate/ Post-graduate in Agriculture and allied subjects i.e. Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Veterinary, and Animal Science only.
Experience:
1-4 years experience in Natural Resource Management/ Financing/Value chain management/ Agri. Marketing based projects/studies.
Other Criteria:
i. Should have experience in field monitoring and evaluation of NRM projects or tribal development projects.
ii.Should have database management knowledge.
iii. Must be proficient in MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Excel.
iv. Should be proficient in the State language.
3.Field Enumerators:
• Graduate from any Recognized University
Experience:
1-2 years experience in Natural Resource Management/ Financing/ Value chain management/ Agri. Marketing based projects/ studies.
Other Criteria:
i. Must Possess good writing and communication skills
ii. Candidates having work experience in Tribal areas will be preferred.
iii.Should have database management knowledge.
iv. Must be proficient in MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Excel.
v. Should have good analytical skills.
