Educational qualification :
1.Project Staff Nurse :
• Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery (GNM) or equivalent and registered nurse or ANM with any State Nursing Council.
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
• B.Sc. in Nursing
• Experience in data collection in field-based health research surveys.
• Experience in clinical examination.
• Experience in blood collection
• Experience in collecting nasal and oro – pharyngeal swabs
• Proficiency in Tamil.
• Knowledge of computer applications
2.Project Semi Skilled Worker (Field) :
• 10th Pass/ High School or Equivalent
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
• Experience in working in field-based health research surveys.
• Proficiency in Tamil
3.Project Semi Skilled Worker (Lab) :
• 10th Pass/ High School or Equivalent
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
• Typing certificate in English lower/ Higher issued by State Board.
4.Senior Project Research Fellow :
• Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc) in Microbiology / Virology / Medical Lab Technology / Biotechnology with NET qualification.
Desirable Qualification and Experience
• Hands-on experience in Molecular / Virology / serologic techniques Viz. PCR, qPCR, Bioinformatics, ELISA, CLIA etc.,
• Knowledge of Computer Applications.
• Experience should be supported by experience certificates / testimonials / publications etc., from public sector / private-multispecialty hospitals / accredited diagnostic laboratories Medical research institutes / university.
5.Project Technician III (Lab) :
• 12th pass in science subjects and two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) (OR) One year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) plus one-year experience in a recognized organization or 2 years laboratory experience.
*B.Sc Degree (relevant subjects – Medical Lab technology, microbiology, and biochemistry) shall be treated as 3 years’ experience.
6.Project Junior Nurse :
• High school or equivalent with science subject plus certificate course in ANM with 5 years’ experience with recognized Institute/ Board.
Desirable Qualification and Experience :
• Diploma in Nursing (GNM).
• Experience in working in field-based health research projects.
• Experience in collecting blood and oropharyngeal, nasal swabs from patients.
• Proficiency in Tamil
7.Project Consultant (Medical) :
• MD / DNB in Community medicine/PSM or Master’s degree in Epidemiology / Applied Epidemiology / Public Health / DPH / India – EIS (FETP) after MBBS or PhD in Epidemiology/Public Health after MBBS AND
• Published papers.
Qualification and Experience:
• Experience in managing field-based health research surveys.
• Experience in writing research manuscripts.
• Proficiency in Tamil.
• Knowledge of Computer Applications and Data Management.
