Educational qualification :
1.Team Leader :
• MBA/ Master’s degree in Public Administration or Rural Development or PGDM with specialization in Agri/Food Business or Rural Management /from National/ International reputed University/ Institute.
Experience:
• More than 10 years of experience in managing development projects preferably in Food Processing or Agri-business Development or Rural Development or MSME, out of which 3-5 years in leadership role.
2. Consultant (Machinery/ Process/ Product Development ,Packaging etc.) :
• Master’s degree in Food Technology/ Food Engineering from reputed National/ International University/ Institute.
Desirable:
• PhD in the design and development of Food process/ Equipment or New Product.
Experience:
• More than 5 years of experience in providing consultancy services or working in FPI (preferably to Micro Enterprises) for technology up gradation, new product development, quality assurance.
3. Young Professionals (IT) :
• MCA or M. E/ M. Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science from reputed National/ International University/ Institute Must be proficient in PHP, Joomla, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
