Eligibility Criteria
Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (Institute projects) – M.Tech / M.Sc. / Ph.D. degree (4 years of UG + 2 years of PG) in Food Process Engineering/ Food Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Food Technology/ Agricultural Processing/ Food and Agricultural Processing/ Processing and Food Engineering/Food Science/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Science and Nutrition/ Food and Nutrition/ Food Chemistry/ Food Technology and Management/ Food Process Engineering and Management/ Food Plant Operations and Management/ Food Safety and Quality Management/ Food Supply Chain Management/ Post Harvest Technology/ Food Process Technology/ Food Safety and Quality Assurance/ Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology/ Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry (or) M.Sc. degree (3 years of UG + 2 years of PG) in the above disciplines with NET and 2 years of research experience (or) Ph.D. in the above disciplines.
Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (GAP-70) – M.Tech / M.Sc. / Ph.D. degree (4 years of UG + 2 years of PG) in Food Process Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Process Engineering, Post-Harvest Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology (or) Nanotechnology. (or) M.Sc. degree (3 years of UG + 2 years of PG) in the above disciplines with NET and 2 years of research experience (or) Ph.D. in the above disciplines.
Project Assistant (GAP-72) – Food Process Engineering/ Food Science and Technology/ Nutrition/Biotechnology
Age Limit (As on 19.06.2023) : The maximum age limit for all the post notified in the above recruitment is 35 years for men and 40 years for women. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary Details:
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (Institute projects) – Rs. 31,000/- plus applicable HRA
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (GAP-70) – Rs. 31,000/- plus applicable HRA
- Project Assistant (GAP-72) – Rs. 20,000/- plus applicable HRA
Selection Process: The selection process for NIFTEM-T Recruitment 2022-05 consists of the following stages:
Written Exam: The applications received from the candidates will be screened by a written examination conducted by the organization. candidates will be prepared based on the eligibility criteria specified in the job notification.
