Educational qualification:
1.Research Assistant :
• First class in Masters degree in (Agricultural Microbiology /plant Pathology / Biotechnology) with l0 years experience in banana virus indexing using ELISA and PCR techniques.
• Expertise in handling real time PCR, real time LAMP and southern and western blot and expression of viral proteins in bacterial systems.
• Three research papers on plant viruses with above 6.00 NAAS rating.
Desirable:
• Experience in the dipsticks preparation and ELISA kit development, data handling and report preparation.
2.Junior project Assistant:
• First class in M.Sc. (Agriculture / Horticulture / Botany / Mathematics or allied sciences
