• Senior Project Assistant : 21 to 45 Years
Educational qualification :
Senior Project Assistant (Advt. No.32/2021) :
• First class in M.Sc. (Agriculture / Zoology or any other Biological Sciences) with at least 2 years research experience
Desirable:
1. Experience in handling / culturing of insects and their bio-agents, bioassays and field testing of insecticides and bio-pesticides .
2. Basic knowledge in computer applications (MS Office / Photoshop)
3. Minimum 1 research publication having NAAS rating more than 5
Senior Project Assistant (Advt. No.33/2021) :
• First class in M.S. (Biochemistry / Chemistry / Biotechnology / Botany / Microbiology / Molecular Biology) or M.Tech (Biotechnology — integrated) with at least 2,years research experience
Desirable:
1. Working knowledge in HPLC analyses.
2. Minimum P research publication having NAAS rating more than 5
Senior Project Assistant (Advt. No.34/2021) :
• First class in M.Sc. Agricultural (Plant Pathology /Biotechnology / Microbiology) Or M.Sc. (Microbiology / Botany / Plant Science / Bioscience) with research work in Plant Pathology or Microbiology or biotechnology with at least 2 years research experience
Desirable:
1.2 years work experience in isolation and characterization of Microbes / plant pathogens and molecular biology related works (PCR with ITS/16srRNA sequences, molecular markers, Data annotations etc.).
2. Minimum 1 research publication having NAAS rating more than 5
Senior Project Assistant (Advt. No.35/2021) :
• First class in M.Sc. (Agri) specialized in Biotechnology (Plant Biotechnology / Molecular Biology and Biotechnology) / Plant Breeding and Genetics (worked on Molecular aspects) / Bioinformatics (or) M.Sc (Biotechnology / Bioinformatics) (or) M.Tech. (Biotechnology / Bioinformatics) with at least 2 years research experience
Desirable:
1. M.Sc / M.Tech Biotechnology
2. Experience in molecular techniques viz., PCR, QRT-PCR cloning, SDS, ELISA, Southern blot, Northern blot, Western blot techniques.
3. M.Sc / M.Tech. Bioinformatics – NGS data analysis .
4. Minimum 1 research publication having NAAS rating more than 5
