The Ordnance Factory Recruitment Board 2016 has released the notification for the Semi- Skilled Trademan Vacancies of totally 985 Post. Applicants, who wanted to be trademan or seeking for govt. trademan works, can apply soon. The Effective Online Application started from 7th May 2016 to 28th May 2016. As per today’s update, the online Registration of Application is got over. Therefore, the Last date of the Printed Receipt of Online Application is 4th June2016. Ordnance Factory is an industrialized organization working under the department of defense production of ministry defense. This group is associated with production, research, development, marketing, and testing. It is running by the government of India and is one of the largest organization to produce the products. The workforce of this organization is 164000. The ordnance factories are located at all over India at different places like Bandar, Chennai, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Kanpur, Jabalpur, Mumbai, Bolangir, Busawal, and Tiruchirappalli. ELIGIBLE CRITERIA
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-32 years for General, 18-35 for OBC, 18-37 for SC & ST candidates as on the last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable up to 40 years of age (up to 43 for OBC, 45 for SC/ ST) departmental candidates, up to 10 years addition for PH candidates of SC/ ST/ OBC as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation or its equivalent, National Trade Certificate (NTC)/ National Apprentice Certificate (NAC)/ issued by NCVT (DGET, New Delhi) in relevant trades.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test & trade test. The Written Exam is for 100 marks. The Enrolled Candidates will take part in Written Exam, According to the Performance and Cutoff Marks they will be called for Trade Test.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website from 07-05-2016 to 28-05-2016 & send the hard copy of the application to Post Box No-2091, Adyar Post Office, Chennai on or before 11-06-2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to 20200/- with grade pay of Rs.1800/- plus allowances.
As the Online registration part got over, the candidates were asked to take printed Receipt of Application and post it to the above mentioned Address. After the Last Date of Receipt of the Printout of Online Applications, Candidates can expect their Admit card within 1 or 2 weeks either through Official website or by Postal Means.
