Eligibility Criteria For PNB Recruitment 2022

Nationality/ Citizenship:
The Candidates applying for the post of Officer (Fire-safety), Manager (Security) Posts in the PNB Recruitment must be either ,
- A Citizen of India or
- A subject of Nepal or subject of Bhutan or
- A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Officer (Fire-safety)
Educational Qualifications:
1. B.E.(Fire) from National Fire Service College (NFSC) Nagpur. OR
2.Four year Graduation Degree(B.Tech/BE or equivalent) in Fire Technology/Fire Engineering/ Safety and Fire Engineering from college/university approved by AICTE/UGC OR
3. Bachelor’s degree from any University recognized by AICTE/UGC And Divisional officer course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur. OR
4. Bachelor’s degree from any University recognized by AICTE/UGC And Graduate from Institute of Fire Engineers India/Institute of Fire Engineering-UK OR
5. Bachelor’s degree from any University recognized by AICTE/UGC And Sub-officer Course/ Station Officer Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
Post Qualification Work Experience:
1.For Educational qualification of No. 1, 2 & 3 Post qualification composite experience of minimum 01 year as an Fire Officer or equivalent post in PSUs/PSBs/Central Govt./State Govt./City Fire Brigade/State Fire Services/ Fire safety IN charge in Corporate/Big Industrial Complex.
2.For Educational Qualification of No. 4 & 5, Post qualification composite experience of minimum 03 years as an Fire Officer or equivalent post in PSUs/PSBs/Central Govt./State Govt./City Fire Brigade/State Fire Services/ Fire safety IN charge in Corporate/Big Industrial Complex.
Skills Required:
Candidate should be well versed with fire safety norms & regulations, intimate knowledge of fire prevention and protection systems in high rise buildings, proficiency in English, Hindi and Basic computer knowledge is required.
Manager (Security)
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from any University recognized by AICTE/UGC
Post Qualification Work Experience:
An officer with 5 years commissioned service in Army/ Navy/ Air force OR A Gazetted Police officer not below the rank of Deputy superintendent of police or Assistant Commandant or equivalent rank in Central Armed Police Forces(CAPF) with minimum 05 years of service
Age Limit
Candidates Should be Minimum 21 Years Old & Maximum 35 Years Old as on 01-07-2022.

Shortlisting of applications followed by Interview:
- Personal Interview will be conducted by Bank in the following manner
- All the candidates found eligible on scrutiny of applications and documents produced shall be directly called for Interview.
- Candidates will be provisionally selected for issuing offer of appointment on the basis of scores obtained by them in Interview. A candidate should qualify in the interview and be high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional appointments.
Written / Online Test followed by Interview:
In case the Bank decides to conduct Online Test, the same will be comprise of as under the Exam pattern given in the table.
