Punjab PSC Civil Judge Recruitment for 121 Vacancies
The recruitment notification stats that the recruitment is only for the civil court judges and three stages of selection process is prescribed. Officials of Recruitment panel notified that the candidates have to pass over all the three rounds of selection to get into the final list. Stages of selection are Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Interview Process. The Candidates who have completed their registration successfully are intimated for the prelim examination. Only selected candidates from prelim will informed for the further stages of selection. prelim examination will be in the form of Objective type and Main examination is in form of subjective or narrative type. PPSC Civil Magistrate prelim Examination Pattern
Punjab Public Service Commission informed that the prelim examination will be of Computer based. Total of 500 marks are valued for the total number of questions. 125 questions will be enquired for every candidates. Each of the correct answer will provide 4 marks and every wrong answers will deduce 0.20 marks. Important part is that the unanswered question is also considered as wrong answer and deduce the same negative markings.
Minimum 150 marks should cross over by the candidates to qualify with prelim examination. Questions are contented from the subjects such as Main subjects of Law, Current Affairs, Aptitude and Reasoning, Indian Legal and Constitutional History and Governance. Qualified candidates will face the main examination will intimate later on.
Punjab Civil Judge Main Examination Pattern and Syllabus
In this main examination five important papers should be attended by every qualified candidates. Paper V content for 100 mark of Essay writing and 50 marks for grammar questions. Paper IV is considered as the language test in which question are contented from the English language of 200 marks. Paper I, II, III are the professional stream papers in which Civil law is questioned in both I and II. Each of the paper carry 200 marks questions. Paper III is of Criminal law questions.
