- Sub-Inspector (Communication): Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (Communication): 10th with Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication, 12th or equivalent
- Head Constable (Communication): 10th or equivalent plus two years industrial Training Institute Certificate
