Eligibility Criteria: Candidates interested in applying for SDSC SHAR Recruitment 2023 must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Technical Assistant: Candidates must have a first-class diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering from a recognized institution.

Scientific Assistant: Candidates must have a first-class bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from a recognized university.

Library Assistant ‘A’: Candidates must have a first-class bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science from a recognized university.

Technician – B: Candidates must have passed SSLC/SSC/Matriculation with ITI/NTC/NAC in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.

Draughtsman-B: Candidates must have passed SSLC/SSC/Matriculation with ITI/NTC/NAC in Draughtsman Mechanical trade from a recognized institution.

Age Limit (As on 16.05.2023):

• Post Code 02 to 06 Technical Assistant – 18 to 35 Years
• Post Code 07 to 09 Scientific Assistant – 18 to 35 Years
• Post Code 10 Library Assistant ‘A’ – 18 to 35 Years
• Post Code 11-26 Technician ‘B’/ Draughtsman ‘B’- 18 to 35 Years
• The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Selection Process: The selection process for SDSC SHAR Recruitment 2023 consists of two stages:

Written Test: Candidates will have to appear for a written test which will assess their technical knowledge and aptitude in the relevant field.

Skill Test: Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for a skill test, which will assess their practical skills in the relevant trade.

Final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the written test and skill test, as well as their medical fitness as per the standards prescribed by SDSC SHAR.

Salary: The salary for the various posts under SDSC SHAR Recruitment 2023 is as follows:

Technical Assistant: Level 7, Rs. 44,900 – Rs. 1,42,400
Scientific Assistant: Level 7, Rs. 44,900 – Rs. 1,42,400
Library Assistant ‘A’: Level 7, Rs. 44,900 – Rs. 1,42,400
Technician – B: Level 3, Rs. 21,700 – Rs. 69,100
Draughtsman-B: Level 3, Rs. 21,700 – Rs. 69,100

How to Apply: Candidates can apply online for SDSC SHAR Recruitment 2023 by following the below-given steps:

Step 1 : Visit the official website of SDSC SHAR @ www.apps.shar.gov.in

Step 2 : Click on the “Recruitment” tab and select “Apply Online.”

Step 3 : Register yourself with a valid email id and mobile number.

Step 4 : Fill in the online application form with all the required details, including personal information, educational qualifications, and work experience.

Step 5 : Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph, signature, and all documents needed.

Step 6 : Submit the application and take a printed copy for future reference.

Application Fee:

• For Post Code 02 to 10: There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for each application. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs.750/- (Rupees seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as processing fee. The Processing fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written test, as under :-

– Rs.750/- :i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PWBD, Ex-Servicemen)

– Rs.500/- :i.e after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.

• For Post Code 11 to 26 :

There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for each application. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) per application as processing fee. The Processing fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written test, as under :-

– Rs.500/- :i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PWBD, Ex-Servicemen).

– Rs.400/- :i.e after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.

• Applicants shall pay the Application Fee through Online Payment Mode Only.
