Educational qualification :
1.Executive Director :
• Chartered Accountant.
Work experience:
• Overall experience of at least 20 years of which:
• Minimum 10 years of managerial / finance / operation experience in a real estate firm with presence across India.
• Minimum 10 years (can be overlapping experience with the above) of managerial / corporate experience in roles requiring business development / new customer identification / marketing / customer relation management / vendor relation management / facilities management Experience in real estate sector/ technology parks/ IT park / facilities management/ infrastructure management.
2. Managing Director :
• Graduate in Engineering/ Technology in Biotechnology/ Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ or similar core engineering.
• Masters/ Post graduate in management, business administration from a reputed institute will be preferred.
Work experience:
Overall experience of minimum 15 years of which:
• Minimum 10 years in senior management positions in MNCs/ Indian corporates (experience in real estate and industrial infrastructure development firms will be preferred).
• Minimum 10 years (can be overlapping experience with the above) of managerial / corporate experience in roles requiring business development / new customer identification / marketing / customer relation management / vendor relation management / facilities management.
• Experience in real estate sector/ technology parks/ facilities management/ infrastructure management will be preferred.
• Experience in biotechnology sector will be preferred
3. Managing Director :
• Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Chemical / Plastic / Civil / Electrical / Mechanical/ or similar core engineering. Sector knowledge of polymers/ plastic and allied sectors will be preferred.
• Masters / Post graduate in Management, Business Administration from a reputed institute will be preferred.
Work experience:
Overall experience of at least 15 years of which:
• Minimum 10 years of operation / management experience in a reputed Industrial Park / real estate sector/ industrial infrastructure development.
• Minimum 10 years (can be overlapping experience with the above) of managerial / corporate experience in roles requiring business development / new customer identification / marketing / customer relation management / vendor relation management / facilities management. – Experience in industrial park/ technology park will be preferred.
• Working experience in polymer sector will be an added advantage.
