Educational Qualification :
1.Executive Director (Finance) / Chief General Manager (Finance):
• Chartered Accountant (CA) (or) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) (or) Full time First class MBA (Finance) from reputed Universities / Institutions.
NOTE:
• Preference will be given to candidates possessing Chartered Accountant qualification.
Experience:
• Minimum 30-32 years of post qualification experience in reputed industrial organizations, as on 01/01/2022.
• Should have worked as Head of Finance functions in a reputed Public Company for a minimum period of 5 years. Should have exposure in areas of Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds Management, Forex Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring.
• The incumbent will be responsible for all Finance, Costing and Accounting functions including Plant Accounting, Management Accounting, Budgetary Control, MIS, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Export Finance, etc.
• The selected candidate should be able to provide effective Guidance and Leadership to a high Calibre Team.
• Experience may be relaxed upto 3 years in deserving cases.
2. Chief General Manager (Production)-Paper / General Manager (Production)-Paper :
• First Class Full Time B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp and Paper Technology. (or) Full Time Arts / Science Degree with First Class Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
Experience:
• For Chief General Manager: Minimum 32 years of post qualification experience in a large size continuous process plant, as on 01/01/2022.
• For General Manager: Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in a large size continuous process plant, as on 01/01/2022.
• Should have worked as a head of operations for a minimum period of 2 years in an integrated pulp and paper plant having a high speed paper machine producing printing & writing grade paper.
• The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordination and operation of three paper machines, paper converting and finishing section.
• Should have adequate knowledge on QCS, DCS and Automation systems of latest generation high speed paper machines.
• Age and Experience may be relaxed upto 2 years in deserving cases.
3. Assistant Manager (Security) :
• Ex-servicemen with minimum qualification of Graduation in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officers. (or) Ex-servicemen with Matriculation who have put in not less than 15 years of military service and who are considered equal to Graduates for Group-C posts (Govt. of India).
Experience:
• Should have minimum 10 years of post military experience as on 01/01/2022
• Candidates should have post military experience as Officer in a large size Industries looking after Industrial Security, Fire Safety etc. Knowledge of Industrial Fire Safety and Fire Fighting Operations Emergency preparedness, Rescue operation, First Aid Treatment etc., shall be an added advantage. Candidates should know to read and write in Tamil and English. Proficiency in computer operation will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should enclose attested copies of Post Military Industrial Security experience without fail.
• Post military experience may be relaxed upto 5 years for deserving cases.
4. Medical Officer (Assistant Officer grade) :
• MBBS from a recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates possessing MBBS with Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH).
Experience:
• Should have minimum 5 years experience after registration as Medical Graduate as on 01/01/2022.
• Industrial experience will be preferred.
