TNPSC DEO 2022 Exam Pattern, Syllabus: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission is going to conduct the District Educational Officer (Group – I C Services) exam. Selection Process For TNPSC DEO 2022

TNPSC may follow the following process to select the candidates.

Preliminary Examination

Counselling

  • The selection process of the examination will be based on three stages: Preliminary examination, Main examination and an Interview.
  • The subjects included in the TNPSC DEO Syllabus are General Studies and those from the B.Ed. course. Also for prelims, mental aptitude test is also included.
  • Paper II, III & IV of mains exam consists of 200 questions for 300 marks. The exam duration is 3 hours each.
    Candidates must go through the official syllabus and exam pattern well so that they can prepare accordingly and achieve the desired TNPSC DEO Results.

TNPSC DEO Prelims Exam Pattern

The first stage of the Written exam is the Preliminary examination. Candidates must have to score maximum marks to get qualified. The exam comprises of 200 questions and is objective type. Each question will be awarded 1.5 marks. So, the exam is conducted for a total of 300 marks. The exam pattern of the Preliminary examination is as follows,

TNPSC DEO Mains Exam Pattern

The second stage of the TNPSC DEO Written exam is the Mains examination. It consists of three papers – Paper I, Paper II and Paper III and Paper IV. Each paper comprises of questions with maximum marks of 300 each. The exam is descriptive type.

TNPSC DEO Prelims Syllabus

The preliminary exam consists of subjects General Science, Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, Numerical ability, Geography, Indian Polity and History and Culture of India. Candidates can go through the various topics included in the syllabus of subjects from this section.
