Salary :

Educational Qualification :
1.Consultant (Financial Institution) :
• MBA or Post Graduate degree in Finance or professional degree or its equivalent in Financial Management Commerce, Business Management, Banking etc.
Experience:
• 08-10 years experience on micro finance lead from State / National or MFI with livelihood finance orientation for community with minimum 5 years experience at a senior level position.
• Preferably work experience as General Manager / Deputy General Manager with NABARD /SIDBI / Nationalized commercial banks or 3 years experience at a senior level position.
• Willing to travel to the districts across the state on field visits.
2. Consultant (Convergence) :
• Post Graduate (or) Under Graduate degree in Social work / Sociology / Rural Dept./Medicine/ Paediatrics/ Food & Nutrition or equivalent in related domain.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Social Work.
