United India Insurance company ltd (UIIC) has recently released the recruitment notice for the Administrative officer in the specialist and generalist discipline of scale I for its offices all over India. Many  young and dynamic aspirants are applied through online portal and appeared for the exam. The exam was conducted at various centres all over India on 12th June 2016. The recruitment drive is about to conduct for the 300 posts of the above categories. Hence  thousands of application are received till the last of registration and exam procedures are successfully completed. The result is yet to be  announced in June/July 2016. United India Insurance Company Limited is a leading public sector insurance company wholly owned by government of India with a gross premium of about Rs.12000 crores .A rapidly growing company with more than 1600 offices, highest network in the non-life insurance industry throughout the country which was established on  18th February 1938. UIIC AO Total No of Vacancies 2016

Uiic AO 2016 have published vacancies for the discipline wise and also according to caste quota category .But the numbers mentioned are provisional/indicative. UIIC reserve the rights to change the numbers on each category. As the total number of vacancies are 300 posts. For generalist 220 posts are allotted. For specialist officers has 80 post under various category including Finance(43),Civil engineering(05),Legal(15),mechanical and electrical engineering (15),Actuary(02).UIIC announced the 300 post under which caste quota  for SC(37)/ST(21)/OBC(77)/UR(165). Recruitment criteria UIIC AO 2016

Candidates should possess certificate in proof of passing the qualifying examination as on 31.3.2016.So Candidates who have completed degree in any discipline or any equivalent qualification may apply for Generalist stream and for the Specialist stream candidates who studied specific degree courses according to the category can apply. Age relaxation are applicable as per the govt norms. The candidates  who meet the above criteria will apply through online portal of their official website with the fees amount of Rs 600/- for General category (including application fees and intimation charges) and fees amount of Rs 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/Permanent employees of UIIC(intimation charges only) as per the advertisement published on 29.04.2016.The online registration of application was held on 6.5.16 to 17.5.16.The tentative examination for this process is held on 12 .06.16.Pay scale of Rs.32795-1610(4)-55335-1745(4)-62315 incl other allowances approx Rs 48000/- PM are announced for the AO Scale I officer.

Examination Syllabus UIIC AO 2016

As per the syllabus provided by recruitment board, candidates prepared for the two major sections of examination including  Objective question type of 200 Marks of 2 hours duration including logical reasoning (50 marks),quantitative aptitude(50 marks),General awareness(40 marks), English language (54 marks),computer knowledge(20 marks) for generalist discipline and for the specialist specific technical stream test also conducted. Previous year Cut Off UIIC 2016

Last year UIIC 2015 held on Jan and Feb 2015.The selection was based on 2 phases, Objective test and interview process. To get call for interview round, you need to qualify the cut off, which is applied in 3 stages are sectional cut  off, overall cut off ,descriptive test

Aspirants have to score the minimum cut-off mark for each category of the exam .If candidates fail to clear the overall cut-off even though they cleared the sectional cut off are not eligible for next round of process. After clearing the overall cut-off ,descriptive test also need to be cleared.
