Who is UPPCL
The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited is also referred to UPPCL. This company is responsible for the electricity transmission and distribution of electricity in the state Uttar Pradesh. This Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited is undertaking by the Uttar Pradesh State Government. The UPPCL is established on 14th January 2000 and has its headquarters at Uttar Pradesh, India. This power sector is responsible for planning and managing the sector through its transmission, distribution and supply of electricity. The UPPCL released their answer keys for the set wise question papers which held on 26th June 2016.
UPPCL Exam Question paper
The Question paper will be based on Objective type MCQ whereas it consists of Technical Subject for 150 Marks, GK for 20 marks, Reasoning ability for 20 marks and General Hindi for 10 marks. Thus you have appeared for 200 total marks. The Minimum qualifying marks will be 28% for SC & ST and 33% for other category. To check your score matches with qualifying marks, the officials released their answer keys for cross checking. Once result of written exam is released, candidates will be called for next round of selection process i.e. Personal Interview, which carries 25 marks.

Documents to be carried
The shortlisted candidates are asked to carry their relevant documents which are check listed below as under in original and set of copies.
- 10th Standard Mark sheet in support of Local Language i.e. Hindi.
- Proof of age (10th Class Certificate or School leaving certificate or any other acceptable document).
- Mark sheets and Certificates from SSC / 10th Class/ Intermediate / Degree and PG if any.
- Cast Certificate for OBC/SC/ST candidates issued by the Competent Authority for the purpose under the seal of the office.
- Bio-data forms: One original and three Xerox copies with photos pasted on each of them.
- No Objection Certification from the present employer.
- Photo ID Proof in original and a Xerox copy.
