Can a final year student apply for TNPSC GROUP 2 and 2A exam?

Yes ,you can apply, if you satisfy the age limit as mentioned. You should be able to produce your degree certificate or atleast your provisional certificate stating your degree at the time of certificate verification.

If you are not able to produce it , you might not able to attend the counseling even if you clear the exam.

Still you can try exams like group 4 ,where degree is not required to apply .
