Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the MFL Officer posts, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

Operations – B.E/ B.Tech – Chemical / Petro Chemical Engg + minimum one year experience in the relevant field

Personnel – PG Degree in Personnel Management/Public Administration/ Social Work / Sociology or MBA-HRM + minimum one year experience in the relevant field
Finance – M.Com or CA / ICWA / MBA – Finance + minimum one year experience in the relevant field
Age Limit(As on 03.06.2023): The maximum age limit for the candidates is generally 28 to 32 years, depending on the post. Age relaxations may apply to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.
Salary: Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary package as per the company’s rules and regulations. The salary for MFL Officers is based on the pay scale of the company, including additional allowances and benefits.
