Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Three years full time Graduate Degree – BBA/ BBM/ BBS or equivalent qualification^ from recognized Institute/ University with not less than 60% marks. Candidates with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent higher education qualification shall not be allowed to apply for the said post. POWERGRID reserves the right to decide the equivalency in qualification.
Age Limit (As on 05.10.2023) : The upper age limit for the Junior Officer Trainee (HR) position is 27 years as of the last date of online application. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary and Benefits: Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 25000-117500/- (IDA) during the one-year training period. After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Junior Officer (HR) in the same pay scale with a probation period of 1 year. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be entitled to other allowances and benefits as per the company’s rules.
