Educational Qualification For OTA Chennai Recruitment 2023

Shortlisting of Applications : The cut off marks will be released by the Indian Army will be applied in each stream on the cumulative percentage of marks obtained by the candidates up to the final semester/year. Final semester/year studying candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in SSB if their cumulative percentage of marks up to the 6th semester/3rd year of Engineering degree will be equal to or above the cutoff marks.
SSB Interview : After shortlisting of applications, the centre allotment will be intimated for SSB Interview to the candidate via their email. After allotment of the Selection Centre, candidates will have to login to the website and select their SSB dates which are available on a first come first serve basis initially. Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cut off percentage will be interviewed at one of the Selection Centres viz. Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka) and Jalandhar Cantt (Punjab). The Call Up letter for the SSB interview will be issued by respective Selection Centres through the candidate’s registered e-mail id and SMS only.
Medical Examination : The medical examination will be conducted as per the Indian Army Rules. Candidates must fulfill the medical standards to shortlist finally.
