விடை: ஆ. வீட்டுவசதி மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற விவகாரங்கள் அமைச்சகம்

• நடுவண் வீட்டுவசதி மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற விவகாரங்கள் அமைச்சர் ஹர்தீப் சிங் பூரி, ‘அனைத்து சவால்களுக்கும் போக்குவரத்து நிலை–2 மற்றும் குடிமக்கள் கருத்தாய்வு – 2022’ஐ மெய்நிகராக தொடங்கினார். ‘அனைத்து சவால் –களுக்கும் போக்குவரத்து நிலை–2’ ஆனது பொதுப்போக்குவரத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான டிஜிட்டல் தீர்வுகளை உருவாக்குவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. நாற்பத்தாறு நகரங்களிலுள்ள போக்குவரத்து பிரச்சனைகளுக்குத் தீர்வுகளை உருவாக்குவதற்காக நிலை–2 துளிர் நிறுவல்களுக்காக இது தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• குடிமக்கள் கருத்தாய்வானது 264 நகரங்களுக்காக வாழ்வதற்கெளிய நகரங்கள் குறியீடு–2022இன்கீழ் தங்கள் நகரத்தைப் பற்றிய குடிமக்களின் கருத்துக்களைப் பதிவு செய்வதற்காக தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• பெண்களை மையப்படுத்திய சாவல்களை எதிர்கொள்வதற்கான நடவடிக்கையை அடல் புத்தாக்கத் திட்டத்தை NITI ஆயோக் தொடங்கி வைத்தது. அடல் புதிய இந்தியாவின் சவால்கள் என்ற நடவடிக்கையின் இரண்டாம்கட்ட நிகழ்வாக அடல் புத்தாக்கத் திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. சமூகத்தை உருவாக்கும் சிற்பியாக பெண்கள் திகழ்கின்றனர் என்பதை கருத்தில்கொண்டு, அடல் புதிய இந்தியாவின் சவால்கள் என்ற நடவடிக்கைமூலம் சமூக அமைப்பில் பல்வேறு நிலையிலுள்ள பெண்களின் பிரச்சனைகள் தீர்க்கப்படும். குறிப்பாக, பெண்கள் நலவாழ்வு, பாதுகாப்பு, ஊரகப் பகுதியில் உள்ள பெண்களின் வாழ்க்கையை எளிதாக்குதல், தொழில்சார்ந்த கூட்டு நடவடிக்கைகள் போன்றவற்றில் புதுமைகளை புகுத்தி, தீர்வு காண்பதே இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் நோக்கமாகும்.

• உலக வானிலை அமைப்பானது (WMO) காலநிலை மாற்றம் தொடர்பான ஐக்கிய நாடுகளின் கட்டமைப்பின் உறுப்பு நாடுகளின் 27ஆவது மாநாட்டில் (COP27) நிகழ்ந்த ஒரு வட்டமேசைக் கூட்டத்தின்போது, ‘அனைவருக்குமான முன்கூட்டிய எச்சரிக்கைகளின் நிர்வாக செயல்திட்டத்தை’ வெளியிட்டது. WMOஇன் கூற்றுப்படி, 2027ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குள் அனைவருக்குமான முன்கூட்டிய எச்சரிக்கை அமைப்புகளை வழங்குவதற்கான தொடக்கநிலை முதலீடு கிட்டத்தட்ட $3.1 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர்களாக இருக்கும்.

• 2022 நவம்பர் மாத நிலவரப்படி, மகாராஷ்டிரா, புது தில்லி மற்றும் கோவா ஆகியவை இந்தியாவில் அதிக பரஸ்பர நிதிய நிறுவனங்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளன. அதிக வருவாய் நிலைகள், சிறந்த கல்வியறிவு விகிதங்கள் மற்றும் பெரு நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் அதிக நிகர மதிப்புள்ள தனிநபர்களின் இருப்பின் காரணமாக இவ்வாறு அதிகமாக உள்ளது. கேரளா, தெலுங்கானா உள்ளிட்ட மாநிலங்களில் இதன் சதவீதம் 5– 6 சதவீதமாக உள்ளது.

• மையப்பொருள் அடிப்படையிலான சுற்றுலாக்களின் ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சிக்காக 2014–15இல் மத்திய சுற்றுலா அமைச்சகத்தால் சுதேச தர்ஷன் திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. சுற்றுலாத் தலங்களை நிலையான அணுகுமுறையுடன் பொறுப்புடன் மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக அரசாங்கம் சமீபத்தில் இந்தத்திட்டத்தை சுதேச தர்ஷன் 2.0 என மறுசீரமைத்தது. தலா இரண்டு அல்லது மூவிடங்களைக்கொண்ட பதினைந்து மாநிலங்கள் இனம் காணப்பட்டுள்ளன. சுற்றுலா உட்கட்டமைப்பை வலுப்படுத்துவதற்காக சுற்றுலா அமைச்சகம் இத்திட்டத்திற்கு நிதியுதவியும் வழங்கும்.

• 24 ஆண்டுகளில் இந்திய தேசிய காங்கிரசு கட்சியின் முதல் காந்தியல்லாத தலைவராக மல்லிகார்ஜுன கார்கே தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். காங்கிரசு கட்சித்தலைவருக்கான தேர்தலில் மல்லிகார்ஜுன கார்கே 9,385 வாக்குகளில் 7,897 வாக்குகள் பெற்று மற்றொரு வேட்பாளரான சசி தரூரை வீழ்த்தினார்.

• இராஜஸ்தான் மாநிலத்தின் மாநிலப்பறவையான ‘கானமயில்’ இந்தியாவின் மிகவும் அருகிவிட்ட பறவையினமாக கருதப்படுகிறது. கானமயிலானது வனவுயிரிகள் பாதுகாப்பு சட்டத்தின்கீழ் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகிறது. ராஜஸ்தானில் சுமார் 150 கானமயில்கள் உள்ளன; அது உலகில் உள்ள கானமயில்களின் எண்ணிக்கையில் 95% ஆகும். சமீபத்தில், பாகிஸ்தானில் சில பறவைகள் காணப்பட்டன. இதன் காரணமாக அப்பறவைகள் புலம்பெயர்வதாக சுற்றுச்சூழல் ஆர்வலர்கள் ஐயப்படுகின்றனர். ‘வனவுயிரிகளில் புலம்பெயர்ந்த உயிரினங்களைப் பாதுகாப்பதற்கான தீர்மானம்’ படி, பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட உயிரினங்களுக்கான உலகப் பட்டியலில் அது சேர்க்கப்பட்டது.

• இராசாளிகளைத் திறம்பட பாதுகாப்பதற்காக ஒரு நிறுவன கட்டமைப்பை அமைக்க தமிழ்நாடு அரசு மாநில அளவிலான ஒரு குழுவை அமைத்துள்ளது. 21ஆம் நூற்றாண்டின் தொடக்கத்தில் நாட்டில் இராசாளிகள் கிட்டத்தட்ட அழிந்தேவிட்டன. கடந்த 1993 மற்றும் 2003–க்கு இடையில் இந்தியாவிலிருந்த இராசாளிகளின் எண்ணிக்கையில் 96% சரிந்தது. தேசிய அளவில் இராசாளி இனங்களைப் பாதுகாக்க நடுவண் அரசு இரண்டு செயல் திட்டங்களை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது.

• Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri virtually launched the Transport 4 All Challenge Stage–2 and Citizen Perception Survey 2022. The Transport 4 All Challenge is an initiative aims to develop digital solutions to improve public transport. The Stage–2 is opened to Startups for developing solutions to transport problems in 46 cities.
• The Citizen Perception Survey is launched under Ease of Living Index–2022 for 264 cities to capture citizens’ feedback about their city.

• Union Shipping Minister is set to inaugurate the PM Gati Shakti Multimodal Waterways Summit at Varanasi. The event is being organised by the Indian Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) under the aegis of the Union ministry of ports, shipping and waterways. It aims to generate public awareness about the ‘PM Gati Shakti National Masterplan’ with focus on infrastructure development in the waterways.

This is due to higher income levels, better literacy rates and strong inflows from corporates and high net worth individuals. • The Swadesh Darshan Scheme was launched by the Ministry of Tourism in 2014–15 for the integrated development of theme–based tourist circuits. • The ‘Great Indian Bustard’ (GIB), which is the State bird of Rajasthan, is also considered India’s most critically endangered bird. GIB is protected under the Wildlife Protection Act. Its population of about 150 in Rajasthan accounts for 95% of its total world population. Recently, some birds are spotted in Pakistan and the environmentalists suspect of migration of the birds. The was added to the world list of protected species of the ‘Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals’.

• The Tamil Nadu Government has formed a State–level Committee to set up an institutional framework for the effective conservation of vultures. Vultures almost went extinct in the country at the beginning of the 21st century. A decline of 96% has been registered in India’s vulture population between 1993 and 2003. The Central government introduced two action plans to protect the species at the national level.
