Eligibility Criteria: Before applying for any of the aforementioned positions, candidates are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria to ensure they meet the required qualifications and age limits:
- Steno Grade–II: Candidates must have passed 12th class or equivalent from a recognized board or university. They should also possess a typing speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand (English/Hindi).
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Applicants should have passed the 12th class or equivalent from a recognized board or university. Proficiency in computer applications and typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on the computer is essential.
- Messenger: A minimum of 10th class pass from a recognized board or university is required.
- Draftari: Candidates must have passed the 10th class or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
- Safaiwala: A minimum of 10th class pass is required for this position.
- Cook: The applicant should have passed the 10th class or equivalent from a recognized board or university. They should also have knowledge of Indian cooking and proficiency in trade.

Age Limit (As on 26.10.2023) : The Maximum age limit for all the above post is between 18 to 25 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Selection Process: The selection process for the 39 Gorkha Training Centre Recruitment 2023 for Group C posts involves the following stages:
