இலங்கை, வங்கதேசம், அமெரிக்கா, பிலிப்பின்ஸ் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு நாடுகளுக்கு `13,000 கோடி மதிப்பிலான பாதுகாப்புத் தளவாடங்களை கடந்த நிதியாண்டில் இந்தியா ஏற்றுமதி செய்துள்ளது.
