Eligibility Criteria:
Educational qualification: PG degree (preferably in life sciences & environmental sciences) / MBA in any discipline with minimum aggregate score of 60% (or) an equivalent CGPA. (OR) UG degree in any discipline with minimum aggregate score of 60% (or) an equivalent CGPA, and minimum 2 years of paid work experience
Preferred qualification:
(i) Relevant area of study or work experience (Examples include Environmental Sciences/Management, Energy, Life Sciences, Ecology, Forestry, Wildlife, among others);
(ii) Excellent oral and written communication skills;
(iii) Proven leadership skills at workplace/college/school;
(iv) Data analysis and visualization skills;
(v) Proven extra-curricular skills in any domain;
(vi) Knowledge of the local language (Read/Written/Spoken).
Salary: The salary for the Green Fellow position will be Rs. 31,000/- per month, while the Programme Lead and Research Associates will be paid Rs. 60,000/- per month and Rs. 47,000/- per month, respectively.
Selection Process: The selection process for the positions will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, which will be conducted by a panel of experts. The final selection will be made based on the candidate’s performance in the interview.
