Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  

Deputy General Manager (Projects) –  BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical / Production) with 1st Class and 60% or more marks.
Experience: Minimum 17 years post qualification experience (as on 30/11/2023) in the Production Planning & Control (PPC) function in a large / medium scale industry of repute is essential. Candidate with experience in Aerospace industry preferred. MBA in Operations / Project Management Certification desirable.
Welfare Officer –  Degree of a University recognized by the State (Kerala) Government. & Degree (preferably MSW) or Diploma in Social Science or LLB Degree (with Labour Law as elective subject) of a recognized University or an institution recognized by or affiliated to such University. & adequate knowledge in Malayalam
Experience: Minimum 12 years post qualification experience in handling Employee Welfare activities, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal etc., in any industry of repute. Should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to manage change. Candidate should possess good knowledge about various labour laws. Working experience in industries with multi Trade Unions will be an added advantage.
Manager (IT) –  BE/B.Tech (Information Technology/ Computer Science /Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) with 1st Class and 60% or more
Experience: marks. Minimum 12 years post qualification experience (as on 30/11/2023) in ERP implementation, Software Development, Database Administration, Networking and Data Centre Management and data governance are essential. Should have knowledge in technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware and software systems, network administration and network installation. CCNA Certification is desirable.
Engineer (Mechanical) –  BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical / Production) with 1st Class and 60% or more marks.
Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualification experience (as on 30/11/2023) in Assembly & integration/ Machine Shop/ R&D function in a large / medium scale industry of repute is essential.
Engineer (IT) –  BE/B.Tech (Information Technology/ Computer Science /Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) with 1st Class and 60% or more marks.            Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualification experience (as on 30/11/2023) in IT or IT enabled systems particularly in Database Management, System Administration and Software Development.
Supervisor (Instrumentation) – Diploma (Instrumentation Engineering) with 1st Class and 60% or more marks.
Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualification experience (as on 30/11/2023) in selecting appropriate test and diagnostic procedure is essential. Experience in clarifying the nature of problems with instrument assets, determining the case and extent of problems in the performance and condition of instrument systems of assets and calibration management are essential.
Technician (Instrumentation) –  ITI (National Trade Certificate) with not less than 60% marks in the trade of Instrumentation.
Experience: 5 years post qualification experience (as on 30/11/2023) in Instrumentation, Calibration, Distributed Control System (DCS), Process Control, Programmable Logic Control (PLC) in a large / medium scale manufacturing industry where instrumentation activities are involved. Relevant experience in Aerospace/ Defence Industry will be an added advantage.

Age Limit (As on 30.11.2023) :

1. Deputy General Manager (Projects) – 52 years
2. Welfare Officer – 45 years
3. Manager (IT) – 45 years
4. Engineer (Mechanical) – 35 years
5. Engineer (IT) – 35 years
6. Supervisor (Instrumentation) – 35 years
7. Technician (Instrumentation) – 35 years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Salary Details: Competitive salary packages commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered for each position.

1. Deputy General Manager (Projects) – Commensurate with experience and qualification (Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.1,45,500/-)
2. Welfare Officer – Commensurate with experience and qualification. Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.1,11,000/-
3. Manager (IT) – Commensurate with experience and qualification (Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.1,11,000/-)
4. Engineer (Mechanical) – Commensurate with experience and qualification (Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.75,000/-)
5. Engineer (IT) – Commensurate with experience and qualification (Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.75,000/-)
6. Supervisor (Instrumentation) – Commensurate with experience and qualification (Approx. Monthly Gross Pay Rs.52,500/-)
7. Technician (Instrumentation) – Commensurate with experience and qualification (Approx. Monthly Gross pay Rs.40,500/-)
