Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the BVFCL Engineer Recruitment 2023, candidates must fulfill certain eligibility criteria set by the organization. The following are the essential qualifications required for each of the posts:
Dy. Manager (Boiler Operation Engineer) – Candidate must have a degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Power Engineering with a First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate.
Engineer (Chemical in production dept) – Candidate must have a degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
Engineer (Electrical) – Candidate must have a degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
Engineer – Candidate must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
Dy. Manager (HR) – Candidate must have a degree in MBA/ PGDM with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations.
Officer (HR) – Candidate must have a degree in MBA/ PGDM with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations.
Hindi Officer – Candidate must have a Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level or Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level.
Jr. Executive (Finance) – Candidate must have a degree in Commerce/CA/ICWA with a minimum of 60% marks.
Selection Process: The selection process for the BVFCL Engineer Recruitment 2023 will be based on the candidate’s performance in the Computer Based Test and Personal interview. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for an interview.
Salary: The selected candidates will be offered a handsome salary package as per the BVFCL norms. The salary ranges from Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 1,60,000/- per month depending on the position.

For ST/SC/Ex-s/PWD – Nil
