2. Assistant Secretary (Academics) Group – A – Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subjects/areas from a recognized University/Institute. B. Ed. degree from a recognized university/institute. 3. NET/SLET or equivalent or Doctorate Degree. Desirable: M. Ed. / M. Phil. or equivalent. Contribution to educational innovation, curricula design & technology mediated teaching learning process. Experience in organizing seminars, in-service courses, orientation programmes for teachers. Symposia etc at National/International level. Good Academic acumen, Creativity, Writing, Presentation, Analytical and Communication Skills. B.Ed. in Special Education. |
3. Assistant Secretary (Skill Education) Group – A – Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute. Desirable: Four years Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology/Vocational discipline from a recognized University or Institute. Ph. D or equivalent Academic Works/Publication in the area of Vocational Education. Experience in Designing & running program in collaboration with Industry. Driving Technology based & content based innovation to assess different skills and learning outcomes. Ability to understand research & data collection process to gather information related to industry requirements & futuristic job roles. 6. OR Bachelor’s degree of a recognised University/Institution and having SAS/JAO(C) examination conducted by any Account/Audit Services/Department of the Central/State Govt. OR Post Graduate of a recognised University/Institution with Economics/ Commerce / Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject. OR M.B.A. (Finance)/Chartered Accountant/ICWA. Desirable: Experience in the field of Accounts compilation, Budget, Internal Audit, and Commercial Accounting. Experience in the field of investments/fund management/securities. |

Junior Translation Officer Group – B – Master’s Degree of a Recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level. OR Master’s Degree of a Recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level. OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level.
