The selected candidates will be offered a monthly stipend of Rs. 31,000/- as per the CSIR guidelines.
Senior Project Associate: There are a total of 6 vacancies for the position of Senior Project Associate. The position is also temporary in nature and is for a duration of up to one year, with the possibility of extension based on the candidate’s performance and the availability of funds. The selected candidates will be required to work on research projects related to electro-chemical science and technology. The selected candidates will be offered a monthly stipend of Rs. 42,000/- as per the CSIR guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the positions of Project Associate and Senior Project Associate at CECRI Karaikudi, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Chemistry/Materials Science/Electro-chemistry/Chemical Engineering or any related discipline from a recognized university. For the position of Senior Project Associate, candidates must also have a Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline.
Age Limit: The upper age limit for the position of Project Associate is 35 years, and for Senior Project Associate, it is 40 years. However, age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the government of India norms.
Experience: Candidates should have prior research experience in the field of electro-chemistry and materials science, as evidenced by publications in reputed scientific journals.
