Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the JRF, Project Associate & Senior Project Associate Posts, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer Science or any relevant field with NET/GATE qualification.

Project Associate-I: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Leather Technology/Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer Science or any relevant field.

Project Associate-II: Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer Science or any relevant field.

Senior Project Associate: Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer Science or any relevant field with at least two years of research experience.

Age Limit (As on 18.05.2023) :

• Project Associate-I – 35 years
• Junior Research Fellow – 28 years
• Senior Project Associate – 40 years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Government Rules.

Selection Process: The selection process for the JRF, Project Associate & Senior Project Associate Posts will be based on a Walk-in interview. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview date and time through email or phone.

Salary: The salary for the JRF position is Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA. For Project Associate-I, the salary is Rs. 25,000/- per month plus HRA. For Project Associate-II, the salary is Rs. 28,000/- per month plus HRA. For Senior Project Associate, the salary is Rs. 42,000/- per month plus HRA
