Educational Qualification: M,F.Sc/M.Sc./Ph.D in Fishery Science/Marine Biology/Environmental Science or related. Master’s Degree shall be in the relevant subject with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET or equivalent qualification as mentioned in revised ICAR guidelines. Ph,D. degree holders are exempted from NET.
Desirable Qualification: Post graduate in life sciences with a background in climate change research.
Age Limit: 35 years for Men and 40 years for Women
Salary: Rs.31,000 + HRA for NET or national level exam qualified (as per revised ICAR guidelines)
