CMWSSB Apprentice Recruitment 2023 108 Vacancies: The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) has announced the recruitment of 108 Graduate Apprentices and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices for the year 2023. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the CMWSSB Apprentice Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Category – I Graduate Apprentices: A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline. A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline. Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: A Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline. A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in relevant discipline. A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Age Limit: The age limit for CMWSSB Apprentice Recruitment 2023 is as follows:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years (as on 1st April 2023)
Selection Process: The selection process for CMWSSB Apprentice Recruitment 2023 will consist of the following stages:
Shortlisting of candidates based on their academic qualifications
Interview
Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) is interested with the task of preparation of shortlist from the online application data. Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines. Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through their registered Email id. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Certificate Verification at CMWSSB, Chennai.
Salary: The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship Rules. The monthly stipend for Graduate Apprentices is Rs. 9,000/- per month and for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices is Rs. 8,000/- per month.
How to Apply: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for CMWSSB Apprentice Recruitment 2023 through the official website @ www.boat-srp.com from 1st April 2023 to 30th April 2023. Candidates should fill in all the required details in the online application form, upload the necessary documents and submit the form.

e. Choose Establishment name
f. Type ““CHENNAI METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE” and search
g. Click apply
h. Click apply again
For students who have not so far enrolled in the National Web Portal
Step 1:
a. Go to www.mhrdnats.gov.in
b. Click Enroll
c. Complete the application form
d. A unique Enrolment Number for each student will be generated.
Please note: Please wait for at least one day for enrollment verification and approval. After this student can proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 :
a. Login
b. Click Establishment Request Menu
c. Click Find Establishment
d. Upload Resume
e. Choose Establishment name
f. Type ““CHENNAI METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE” and search
g. Click apply
h. Click apply again
